There´s a story behind the bride dress. Yoshiki said in the press conference the other day that he felt flattered & shocked last year when he arrived to Taiwan, because some girls greeted him in the airport wearing bride dresses. He said that he was thinking to wear his bride dress in Taiwan too, to thank those fans, but their people recommend him not to...But as always, Yoshiki does what he wants

I´m loving the pics....
It looks like they try harder and do it better outside Japan. In Japan they take everything for granted. We have a hope if they plan to go elsewhere

This article has several interesting things

- X Japan to play at 2010 Shanghai World Expo. Yoshiki got an offer from the expo staff and will likely accept
- The Shangai and Beijing conferences we already know on June 13 and 14
- Waiting for the final signature in order to play at Birds's Nest
- Next stops are France and United States and they might be fixed (what the translator says) for the end of June (「６月中にフランスと米国公演が確定すると思う。タイや韓国でも話が進んでいる。)
- Talks to have a new date for Thailand and Korea are quite advanced

X JAPAN to play as opening act at May 2010 Shanghai World Expo
Jun 1st 2009

According to Sanspo, YOSHIKI let it be known, in an interview that he gave the paper after the Taiwan live, that they had recieved an offer from the organizers of the event to appear there as the opening act, something that he called "arigatai hanashi," something to be grateful for. Details such as the actual location for the live are still unavailable, but the Shanghai Expo is expected to be the largest to date, with an estimated 230 countries and regions attending. It also is expected to beat the until now unbroken visitor record of the 1970 Osaka Expo of 64 million visitors to exceed 70 million.

Apparently, progress has also been made on the matter of X JAPAN playing at the Beijing "Bird Nest," though details are still unavailable on that as well.

As far as other lives outside Japan are concerned, YOSHIKI said he thinks that arrangements for lives in France and the US should be finalized in June, with further progress also having been made regarding lives in Thailand and Korea.

Not mentioned in the sanspo article is that for YOSHIKI personally to open the Shanghai World Expo would be the second time to do that, after his first time at the Aichi Expo in Japan in 2005, for which he also wrote the opening song.
